Great news that the event has so many entries, and the organisers are also pleased to inform us that the route has now been officially measured. The single loop route through some of the most scenic parts of Milton Keynes, starts and finishes from The Pavillion, Milton Keynes on December 15th. You can get more details at the official website http://www.mkwinterhalfmarathon.co.uk/
The ninth edition of the Cyprus International 4-Day Challenge has come to an end. Ben Livesey (UK) won the male race with an overall record time of 02:58:55 and for the women Issy Menzies (UK) with an overall time of 03:47:46. Official timing was succesfully provided by RTS throughout the event, with more than 200 participants whom enjoyed their respective awards during the Gala party. As always great event, great location with great organization, here at RTS we are looking forward to returning next year for the tenth edition.
Local cyclists and businesses, including RTS, pulled their efforts together today to help raise much needed funds for Willen Hospice. Organiser Sam Varney, was really pleased with the support and turn out, he even managed to get local Olympic hero Ian Stannard (pictured with RTS team) to not not only support the idea, but also to ride along with the other 200 riders. The route from Woburn used many of the roads that Ian trained on before becomming a top cyclist with the Sky cycle team.

Race Timing Systems are looking for more timing staff to help them at weekends thoughout the year. It's a demanding role and will require a high level of commitment plus an ability to deal with both organisers and athletes under all conditions. While we will provide all the training to do the job you'll need to have a genuine interest in sport (and we don't mean darts or golf...), a clean UK driving licence and at least a modicum of computer skills.
It's November (or perhaps we should just go the whole hog and rename it Movember) and the whole RTS team will be in action across the country timing the Mo Running events promoting mens health awareness. The series kicked off at Swinley Forest in Berkshire with the Muddy Mo and a great turnout made the most of the conditions to get well and truly muddied up. Extra kudos for the guy who went round in the mankini!
Today's results are HERE, check out the rest of the events at mo-running.com.
